Exactly the same process as Day 2:
- Discard all but 75 g of starter (transfer 75 g to a clean jar)
- Add 50 g whole wheat flour + 50 g bread flour + 100 g warm water
- Whisk, scrape, rubber band, loose lid, warm spot.
You may start seeing small bubbles. You may not. Both are fine.
